PREVENT Duty

This is an online e-learning session which all governors and trustees are recommended to undertake.

This offers an introduction to the Prevent duty and explains how it aims to safeguard vulnerable people from being radicalised to supporting terrorism or becoming terrorists themselves.

Once logged on follow the online instructions. On completion of the training, which takes around 45 minutes there is a facility to print a certificate.

These sessions are Free of Charge and is facilitated by the UK Government Home Office.
